Sankalp House
(2022- 2023)

Prefect

Serving as a Prefect taught me the importance of cooperation and coordination across diverse groups of students. Working with peers from different classes, backgrounds, and perspectives challenged me to adapt my communication and leadership style to bring out the best in everyone. This experience showed me that true leadership isn’t about control, it’s about building trust, understanding others, and helping a team grow together.

Photography Club
(2022- 2023)

Member

Joining the Photography Club in Grade 9 gave me more than technical skills, it offered me a new way of seeing. I learned to frame not just images, but emotions. To notice the fleeting, imperfect moments, not for their stillness, but for their realness. Photography taught me that what we choose to focus on reveals what we value. Each frame became a quiet study in human expression, body language, and mood. And somewhere along the way, I stopped chasing picture-perfect shots and started capturing perspective, the kind that tells a story even in silence.

SwarnAct (Rotarty Club)
(2024- Present)

Treasurer

Led and participated in a variety of socially-driven initiatives from organizing donation drives for underprivileged communities to hosting awareness events within the school on themes like environmental responsibility and community support. These experiences showed me how real impact begins with small, intentional action and how the way we present a cause psychologically shapes how others respond to it. I began applying this understanding by using emotionally resonant language, peer engagement, and interactive formats to encourage deeper participation. Through this journey, I learned that change isn't always loud. Sometimes, it's a winter blanket packed with care, a message written just right, or a moment of eye contact that shifts someone’s perspective. The Interact Club helped me grow as both a leader and a listener someone who creates space for compassion to become action.

Founders Club
(2024- Present)

Founder & President

The first-ever student-led club at my school, inspired from Young CEO Program, the Founders Club is a space where entrepreneurship meets behavioural science. I created it to mentor students from grades 6 to 12 in startup thinking but with a twist. Our sessions focus on consumer psychology, decision-making patterns, persuasion, and the emotional biases that shape how we innovate and pitch ideas. This February, we hosted Founder's Clash 2025, a Shark Tank-style competition where student teams pitched businesses solving real psychological or social pain points from productivity apps for overwhelmed teens to sustainable goods with emotional storytelling at their core. Each pitch was assessed not just for feasibility but for how well it understood people.

Sankalp House
(2023- 2024)

House Captain

Led a vibrant team of over 300 students, creating a space where teamwork, confidence, and school spirit thrived. I initiated and organized 15+ inter-house competitions ranging from debates to cultural events, with our house earning top positions in nearly 80 percent of them. Managing so many moving parts meant close collaboration with 20+ teachers and faculty to ensure every student had a chance to shine. My favorite part of the role remained building a home within school walls, where students felt supported, motivated, and heard.

Student Council
(2025- Present)

President (Head Girl)

Serving as Head Girl has been one of the most defining chapters of my school life. After winning the election with a 100+ vote lead, I stepped into a role that challenged and energized me every single day. I helped organize major school events for over 1,100+ students and faculty, worked closely with teachers and the student council, and focused on making our campus more welcoming for all. I also proposed more than 10 new initiatives. The best part? Over 70% of them came to life, including our school’s first theatre troupe, a book club, and impactful sessions on topics like PCOD and student well-being. Leadership, for me, has been a blend of vision, collaboration, and genuine care for the community I love.
