I conducted in-depth customer behavior and sales data analysis to uncover trends at IJYA Jewellery. I identified Gen Z preferences for lightweight, versatile designs and high-value buyers’ interest in customization, and proposed an “occasion-based bundles” strategy to enhance the shopping experience.
