💭 Why I’m Obsessed with Understanding the Mind (and Money)

I’m Kaavya, a ninth grader, journal hoarder, evening-walk lover, and a total nerd when it comes to understanding people. Not in a creepy way. Like, not in a “I’m secretly decoding your micro expressions while you are talking” kind of way (okay, maybe just a little). 😄

This blog? It’s my digital brain dump. A space to figure out what is going on inside our heads, yours, mine, and everyone else’s, and why we do what we do.

Lately, I have found myself completely fascinated by human cognition: how we think, decide, feel, and sometimes… overthink. I will catch myself people-watching at school, wondering why some friends always crack jokes when they are anxious or why I get random surges of motivation at exactly 11:42 PM. (Why?!)

But here is the twist, I also love math and finance. Like, I actually find numbers calming (weird flex, but true). I am that person who will watch a Netflix drama, then pause to Google how the stock market works in the background. 🧠 + ₹ = 🫶

I don’t want to box myself into one thing yet, I am still figuring it all out. One day it’s dopamine and brainwaves, next day I am down a rabbit hole about compound interest or why teenagers are more impulsive (aka, me yesterday at Zara).

I think we’re all just layered stories waiting to be understood, and this blog is me trying to understand mine while sharing what I learn along the way. Whether it’s a random psychology concept, a weird dream I had, or a deep dive into emotional burnout (with memes, obviously), you’ll find it here.

So if you’re even a little curious about why people are the way they are, or you are just looking for fun, brainy stuff that actually feels relatable —

Welcome to my world 🧠✨

Let’s figure it all out together, one blog, one brain cell at a time.
